Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps across quantum computing, biotech, and AI domains
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype breakthrough solutions for Fortune 500 clients
- Analyze emerging geopolitical and technological trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems and human-machine interfaces
- Present strategic foresight reports to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor junior futurists and foster innovation through internal hackathons
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on 5-year horizon scanning initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published research on singularity technologies or exponential growth models
- Expertise in scenario planning, system dynamics, and trend analysis
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation platforms
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (IEEE, EU AI Act)
