Responsibilities
- Map emerging technology trends (2026-2035) and translate insights into strategic frameworks
- Develop scenario models for disruptive market shifts and geopolitical impacts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and futurists
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology paradigms
- Quantify risk/opportunity matrices for emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurist roles
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Published author or speaker at global innovation forums
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic impact on tech adoption cycles
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies
- Track record of mentoring innovation teams
