Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Represent Horizon Labs at global tech foresight conferences
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging technology methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic innovation or technology forecasting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Proven experience translating complex concepts to executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFP) preferred
- Published research in technology or innovation journals
- Portfolio of 3+ technology foresight projects
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning tools
