Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 trend roadmaps using horizon scanning and scenario planning methodologies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused initiatives
- Design and implement predictive models for market disruption and opportunity identification
- Produce executive-ready foresight reports with data-driven recommendations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior strategists in futurist frameworks and analytical tools
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis
- Experience facilitating executive workshops and presenting to C-suite audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, Technology, or related field
- Certificate in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
