Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize complex data into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Produce high-impact reports on emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and their societal implications
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-focused strategies into core business operations
- Establish global thought leadership through keynote presentations and published research
- Manage a dedicated futurist research team and $2M innovation budget
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in quantitative/qualitative research methodologies and trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and global megatrends
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and public speaking experience
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
