Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-critical priorities
- Produce foresight reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Identify emerging risks and opportunities in global innovation ecosystems
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof business models and solutions
- Represent the organization at global futurism and technology summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategy consulting or corporate foresight roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Assessment preferred
- Fluency in future-proofing frameworks (e.g., STEEP-V, Delphi Method)
