Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy with measurable KPIs
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neurotech, AGI) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state capabilities
- Produce scenario-based forecasts for market disruptions and technology adoption curves
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions with 3-5 year impact horizons
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical innovation and responsible tech deployment
- Present strategic vision to investors, clients, and industry forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or futurist research
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, space tech, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent strategic foresight training
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with C-suite stakeholder management and executive communication
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Economics, or related field
