Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive strategic foresight framework targeting 2026-2030 market landscapes
- Analyze disruptive technologies, regulatory shifts, and socio-economic trends to identify opportunities and risks
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on future business models and market evolution
- Produce annual 'Horizon 2026' trend reports with quantified impact assessments
- Architect cross-functional innovation pipelines aligned with long-term strategic objectives
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into commercialization roadmaps
- Represent the organization at global futurist forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic planning
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFrA, CSSP) strongly preferred
