Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing verticals
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen technologies with 3-year market impact
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging trends and disruptive forces globally
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to incubate moonshot projects with exponential growth potential
- Establish industry thought leadership through whitepapers and keynote presentations
- Mentor talent in future-focused methodologies and strategic foresight
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining technologies (3+ examples)
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience scaling innovation labs in fast-paced tech environments
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies journals
- MSc or PhD in Technology, Engineering, or Futures Studies
