Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and communicate strategic foresight frameworks guiding 5-year innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping next-gen products and services
- Integrate scenario planning methodologies into corporate decision-making processes
- Build and maintain external ecosystem partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Present future trend analyses to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation impact and adaptability
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic planning or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing future-focused roadmaps with measurable ROI
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech convergence)
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization skills for complex trend analysis
- Experience with scenario planning and Delphi methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives launched 3+ years ago
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (preferred)
