Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a multi-year strategic innovation roadmap aligned with 2026 technological and societal trends
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Architect and facilitate innovation workshops for C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage a portfolio of strategic innovation projects with $5M+ annual budgets
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation impact and ROI on futuristic initiatives
- Pioneer internal ventures and partnerships with frontier technology labs
- Present foresight insights to the board and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record launching breakthrough technologies or market-disrupting ventures
- Expertise in foresight methodologies (e.g., scenario planning, Delphi studies)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech ecosystems and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience managing high-budget, high-ambition innovation projects
- Published thought leadership in future-tech publications
