Responsibilities

- Produce quarterly future-state briefings for executive stakeholders using predictive analytics
- Manage a $2M innovation fund for experimental projects targeting 2026 commercialization

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology
- Proven track record developing 5+ year future-state roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep technical knowledge in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI ethics
- Published thought leadership in futurist journals (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting)
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $1M with measurable ROI
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant technical field
