Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2036 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating quantum computing, bio-engineering, and decentralized systems
- Architect ethical governance protocols for AI autonomy and human-machine symbiosis
- Partner with NASA, MIT, and WHO on interplanetary colonization and post-scarcity economy research
- Present quarterly future-state briefings to C-suite and external stakeholders including UN futurists
- Mentor a team of 12 futurists and systems architects using proprietary Horizon Methodology
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging technology leadership
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on singularity or exponential technology impacts
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or space economics domains
- Certification in Horizon's proprietary 'Future-Proof' foresight methodology required
- Experience securing $50M+ budgets for multi-year innovation initiatives
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of paradigm-shifting projects
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
