- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite and strategic partners
- Drive innovation labs for prototyping next-gen solutions
- Establish governance frameworks for responsible tech development
- Mentor teams in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic futurism
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology
- Proven track record in scaling breakthrough technologies to market
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major tech forums
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP preferred)
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding
