Qualifications
- PhD in Computational Physics, Bioengineering, or equivalent disruptive field
- 10+ years scaling moonshot projects from concept to market
- Published research in top-3 peer-reviewed journals (Nature/Science/Cell)
- Expertise in at least three exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Proven track record securing federal grants >$10M
- Fluency in Mandarin and Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
