Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year strategic vision for emerging technologies (2026 horizon)
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, biotech convergence, and AI ethics
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ innovation domains
- Partner with C-suite to align future roadmap with business objectives
- Present futuristic concepts to stakeholders through compelling storytelling frameworks
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Establish industry thought leadership through white papers and conference keynotes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
