Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead strategic innovation initiatives in AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Partner with C-suite to align futurism with business objectives and investment priorities
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership reports and presentations for executive stakeholders
- Drive organizational change management for emerging technology adoption
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, Web3, or climate tech
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Studies (e.g., CFt) preferred
- Portfolio of published futurism work or strategic roadmaps
