Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technological and market evolution
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives for disruptive innovations in quantum AI and neurotech
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-trend analysis into R&D pipelines
- Present executive-level briefings on emerging risks and opportunities in global markets
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for stakeholders across 15+ countries
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic impact and future-readiness
- Mentor junior strategists in futures-thinking methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation with demonstrable future-tech impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and scenario modeling frameworks
- Proven track record of implementing foresight initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable ROI
