Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize global technology, social, and economic trends to forecast 2026+ market shifts
- Develop actionable innovation roadmaps aligning with emerging paradigms
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-ready thinking across departments
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Author forward-looking strategy reports for executive and investor audiences
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track innovation maturity
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, R&D, or technology foresight
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: AI, quantum, biotech, Web3
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into strategy
- Experience advising C-suite on long-term transformation
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight-to-strategy impact
