Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026-2030 innovation roadmaps using scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AGI) for strategic adoption opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen products and services for 2026 market readiness
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation ROI and future-readiness metrics
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling narratives
- Curate strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Mentor talent in futures-thinking methodologies and exponential technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, technology consulting, or futures research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, neurotech)
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams in Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from APF or WFS) preferred
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-oriented initiatives
