Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable technologies
- Produce forward-looking market intelligence reports with actionable recommendations for executive decision-making
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry thought leaders
- Design and implement agile innovation frameworks to accelerate prototype-to-market cycles
- Present future-focused strategies to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategy, Innovation Management, Futures Studies, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, Web3, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills with executive-level experience
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis, backcasting)
