Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ innovation roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and bio-digital convergence
- Lead interdisciplinary teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces and immersive ecosystems
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential across sectors
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance aligned with UN SDGs
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to future-proof business models through scenario planning
- Author white papers and thought leadership on sustainable tech transitions and digital twins
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through grant writing and strategic partnerships
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic innovation with demonstrable impact on emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, S-curves)
- Proficiency in building cross-functional innovation ecosystems across tech, policy, and academia
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants and public-private partnerships
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neurotech landscapes
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE, WFS-accredited programs)
