Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills for complex concepts
- Track record of driving innovation from ideation to implementation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Published work in futurist publications or white papers
