Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product development and market positioning
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into 3-5 year innovation pipelines
- Deliver executive-level trend briefings and thought leadership presentations
- Establish cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and business units
- Author white papers on future-of-work, AI ethics, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Maintain proprietary trend database and competitive intelligence network
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, technology forecasting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and technical teams
