Responsibilities
- Develop multi-year technology foresight frameworks for 2026+ ecosystem shifts
- Lead scenario planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients on post-quantum futures
- Produce trend reports on human-AI symbiosis and neurotech integration
- Design innovation sprints for next-gen sustainable infrastructure solutions
- Partner with R&D to prototype 2026-viable technologies (e.g., synthetic biology, quantum AI)
- Present strategic insights at global forums like Davos and CES Future Stage
- Mentor cross-functional teams in foresight methodologies and systems thinking
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of published trend analysis (e.g., MIT Tech Review, WIRED)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI governance
- Experience with horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Portfolio of implemented innovation strategies with measurable impact
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from University of Houston)
- Fluency in futures modeling software (e.g., Polymodel, Kumu)
