Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2035 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary 'FutureSprint' workshops with MIT, Caltech, and CERN partners
- Design ethical frameworks for emerging technologies using our proprietary Ethics Matrix system
- Present strategic briefings to Fortune 500 C-suite executives on upcoming technological inflection points
- Manage $5M innovation fund for prototyping next-gen solutions
- Author annual Horizon Report distributed to 200+ global innovation hubs
- Mentor PhD fellows in our Temporal Resilience fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent experience with 10+ years forecasting
- Published work in Journal of Futures Research or equivalent peer-reviewed publication
- Expertise in scenario planning using Delphi method and causal layered analysis
- Proficiency in quantum computing simulation platforms (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of singularity theory and exponential technology curves
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 major technology predictions realized (2008-2023)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Temporal Ethics from the Future Institute of Zurich
