- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present executive-level insights on market evolution and disruption vectors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Design ethical frameworks for next-generation AI and automation systems
- Measure and report on innovation maturity KPIs against 2026 benchmarks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused consulting
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, Web3, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Strong background in scenario planning and risk mitigation methodologies
