Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI) to forecast industry shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational vision with future market realities
- Author thought leadership publications on sustainable innovation and technological ethics
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into development roadmaps
- Establish global networks of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial opportunities
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist research or strategic impact
