Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing technology roadmaps for 2025+ horizons
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, synthetic biology, quantum computing)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong public speaking experience at global innovation forums
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
