Responsibilities

- Design strategic blueprints for integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and circular economy principles
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026's biggest challenges
- Develop stakeholder engagement frameworks for future-proofing organizational resilience
- Author horizon-scanning reports that influence C-suite decisions and investment priorities
- Collaborate with MIT's Future Lab to pioneer next-gen sustainability metrics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Deep expertise in AI governance, biotechnology ethics, and climate adaptation strategies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning)
- Published research on 4th Industrial Revolution impacts (2020-2030 timeframe)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
