Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies with disruptive potential by 2026
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives and market trends
- Conduct horizon scanning across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and other frontier technologies
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate futuristic concepts into actionable product development plans
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of innovation partners across academia, startups, and industry leaders
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts affecting technology adoption and regulation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in innovation strategy, product development, or futurism
- Proven track record developing technology roadmaps for 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking abilities
- Strong presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Experience with foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Portfolio demonstrating past innovation strategy implementations
