Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business roadmaps for executive leadership
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for market integration
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks
- Deliver compelling future-state narratives to stakeholders through executive presentations and whitepapers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology assessment
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ecosystems (AI/ML, Web3, biotech, climate tech)
