Responsibilities
- Design and execute 2026 technology foresight strategies
- Lead incubation of next-gen AI/quantum/biotech prototypes
- Present innovation blueprints to C-suite executives and investors
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D portfolio allocation
- Collaborate with MIT, Stanford, and ETH Zurich research labs
- Author quarterly 'State of 2026' trend reports
- Mentor junior futurists in speculative design methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching future-focused products
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation grants
- Fluency in future-backward scenario planning frameworks
- PhD or equivalent in emerging technologies preferred
