- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and future-focused think tanks
- Drive adoption of sustainable innovation methodologies across departments
- Mentor junior futurists and build a future-proof talent pipeline
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology ethics (peer-reviewed journals or top-tier conferences)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures to diverse audiences
