Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, prioritizing emerging innovations with 3-5 year market impact
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling futuristic solutions including quantum applications and AI-driven platforms
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies, delivering actionable insights to executive leadership
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers to accelerate innovation cycles
- Design and implement ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and automation systems
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budget through compelling ROI projections and stakeholder management
- Mentor technical teams in future-proof architecture and sustainable development practices
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in strategic futurism or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in quantum computing, AGI development, or decentralized systems architecture
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting (IEEE, Nature, or equivalent)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and board stakeholders
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurology from Tier 1 institution
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Go preferred)
- Professional certification in AI Ethics or Technology Strategy (e.g., IEEE TechEthics)
