Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 strategic foresight framework for the organization
- Analyze emerging tech, geopolitical trends, and socio-economic patterns impacting 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable innovation projects
- Present findings to executive leadership and board members with compelling visual storytelling
- Establish KPIs to measure organizational future-readiness and innovation maturity
- Pioneer proprietary methodologies for trend analysis and scenario planning
- Build and manage a global network of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or trend analysis
- Proven track record developing multi-year future scenarios for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in AI, biotech, climate tech, or quantum computing ecosystems
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Exceptional data visualization and presentation skills (Power BI, Tableau)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar credential preferred
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
