- Design and execute innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, synthetic biology, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions for Fortune 500 partners
- Curate and manage strategic partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Present future scenarios to C-suite executives and board members with actionable insights
- Drive R&D initiatives with $5M+ annual innovation budget
- Mentor next-generation futurists and cultivate an experimental culture
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Futuristics, Systems Thinking, or relevant field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum applications, or circular economy models
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with futures forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology journals
- Fluency in Spanish or Mandarin preferred for global stakeholder engagement
