Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Foresight Framework using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Produce quarterly Horizon Reports on emerging tech (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, climate AI)
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed 2026 roadmaps into corporate strategy
- Curate exclusive 'Future Forward' executive briefings for Fortune 500 clients
- Manage $5M innovation fund for 2026-preemptive ventures
- Author white papers published in Nature Futures and MIT Technology Review
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership
- Expertise in predictive modeling tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk, AnyLogic)
- Published research on 2020+ technological convergence trends
- Experience with quantum computing or climate AI ecosystems
- Track record of scaling innovations from concept to $100M+ ARR
- Security clearance for government-academic partnerships
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish preferred for global outreach
