You'll lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen solutions while staying ahead of emerging trends in an exponential world.
Our ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, combines deep technical expertise with strategic foresight, and can articulate complex future scenarios to diverse stakeholders. You'll report directly to the CTO and influence our 5-year innovation pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies shaping 2026 (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruption patterns
- Lead prototype development for next-gen products using bleeding-edge tools
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board members
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate forward-looking concepts into current development
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation, R&D, or strategic foresight roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products
- Exceptional written/verbal communication for complex technical concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused innovation initiatives
