- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging risks and opportunities in global tech ecosystems
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish innovation KPIs aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals for 2030
- Manage $2M annual R&D budget for experimental tech initiatives
- Mentor junior futurists in foresight methodologies and strategic thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Future Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech domains
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping frameworks
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects with measurable impact
