Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight roadmap using horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen human-AI interfaces
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate quantum computing, neural interfaces, and synthetic biology
- Present strategic futures briefings to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Build and mentor the Innovation Futures team
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation leadership with tangible tech transformation impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR
- Proven experience with futures methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Exceptional strategic communication and stakeholder management skills
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futuristic concept-to-market execution
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
