- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Drive commercialization of breakthrough technologies through agile development cycles
- Anticipate ethical implications and regulatory challenges for emerging technologies
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our Future Leaders incubator program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Published research in quantum computing or AI ethics (top-tier conferences)
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to market
- Expertise in scenario planning for technological disruption
- Experience securing federal grants and private equity for R&D
