Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmap spanning AI, quantum computing, and synthetic biology
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for healthcare, energy, and manufacturing sectors
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external partners including MIT and NASA
- Manage a $5M innovation budget with ROI tracking across 12+ experimental initiatives
- Establish industry thought leadership through white papers, conference keynotes, and media partnerships
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and risk assessment methodologies
- Strong network within DARPA, Singularity University, or similar innovation ecosystems
- Prior experience developing 10-year strategic roadmaps for technology companies
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (CFP) or equivalent preferred
