- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps for post-2025 product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional teams in translating futuristic concepts into viable prototypes
- Establish partnerships with academic labs and tech pioneers to access cutting-edge research
- Design scenarios for human-technology co-evolution in 2030+ environments
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board members with data-driven narratives
- Curate internal 'Future Labs' to incubate radical innovation concepts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Innovation, Futures Studies, or related field
- 10+ years experience in strategic tech innovation or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Quantum, Biotech, Space)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with market impact
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures concepts
- Experience building innovation ecosystems across organizational boundaries
