Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Sustainable Systems Engineering
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 3+ as a CTO or Chief Futurist
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Proven track record of scaling tech startups to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in ISO 26000 and IEEE 7000 sustainability standards
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Security clearance for government-level innovation projects
