- Identify emerging tech trends and develop strategic partnerships for market disruption
- Secure and manage R&D budgets exceeding $2M annually
- Mentor senior engineers and product leads in futuristic development methodologies
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
