Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic roadmaps for 2026+ innovation across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Produce trend analysis reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and think tanks to pioneer next-generation solutions
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready technologies and methodologies
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or C-suite technology leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused strategies in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, synthetic biology) and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership on 2020s technological and societal shifts
- Experience leading global teams across distributed ecosystems
