Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy across AI, biotech, and quantum verticals
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts in moonshot projects
- Identify emerging technologies and market shifts through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks and responsible development practices
- Document and disseminate future intelligence through whitepapers and executive briefings
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation, strategy, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products or services
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., from WFS or Foresight Practitioners Network)
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- PhD or advanced degree in relevant field (preferred)
- Portfolio of published future-oriented research or patents
