Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 innovation roadmap by analyzing convergence of quantum computing, AI, and biotechnology
- Lead cross-functional moonshot projects with $5M+ annual R&D budgets
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment and human-machine symbiosis
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Build and mentor a team of 8+ futurist researchers and innovation engineers
- Pioneer industry standards for responsible exponential technology deployment
- Collaborate with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on 2026 technology forecasts
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with 5+ years in futurism
- PhD or equivalent in exponential technologies, systems thinking, or future studies
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurism journals (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting)
- Proven track record launching products with 10B+ market impact (e.g., AI, blockchain, quantum)
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and weak signal detection
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for emerging technologies (UNESCO, IEEE)
- Fluency in futures modeling tools (STEEP-EL, Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Public speaking at global forums (Davos, Web Summit, TED)
