Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and technological convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and launch disruptive products/services targeting 2026 market needs
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess strategic adoption paths
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation ROI and track progress against 2026 transformation milestones
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders and influence high-stakes strategic decisions
- Build and maintain an external innovation ecosystem through partnerships with research institutions and startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology leadership with proven impact
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies and scenario planning for 5-10 year horizons
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Track record of launching breakthrough innovations with measurable market impact
- Exceptional communication skills to translate complex futures into actionable strategies
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) strongly preferred
